Wildlife in a Suburban Garden

Still to confirm ID but I suspect this to be a Little Eagle. I you know better can you let me Know.

    Hi Charlie, great to meet you on the Towncommon today, (Sunday), not 100% sure but my first thought is Black Kite, the dark patch behind the eye and the long tail seem to point that way. Ed Pierce.
