It was bright this morning so I went out yet again to retrieve the trail camera and then to spend a while waiting for Kingfisher.  I had just got to the stage where I thought there wasn't going to be success today when suddenly there it was.  I actually missed it at first, I hadn't realised it was there and it was just swallowing a fish when I got my camera focused on it. This was a bit disappointing after waiting for getting on for almost 2 hours and then losing my focus was a bit stupid.  Never the less, it was great to see the bird yet again and as always, it was absolutely brilliant to see it again.  It really is in perfect condition.

Just so beautiful but arguably quite an aggressive and voracious predator with messy habits in the nest as well.
