Wildlife in a Suburban Garden

I am licensed by Natural England to photograph Kingfishers (a Schedule 1. bird). It  is an offence that could lead to prosecution and a fine of up to £5000 to photograph or knowingly disturb a Schdule 1. bird at the nest site without a license.
