A Coal Tit, seemingly more common than Blue Tits  on  the feeders at the Pit hide.

This bird is interesting, thats not a brood patch you can see. I am quite certain that  it has escaped predation and the black you can see is the under down after the outer feathers have been plucked.

This is the same lucky little bird, still very active and behaving just the same as all the other birds.

I have been seeing it for several days. If it has been attacked by a Sparrowhawk, that's interesting because I have yet to have one visit the site.

Blondie

This is "Blondie" the lighter Buzzard from Wednesday.
