Photographers talk about the golden hour just before the sun sets. I knew that if I visited the beach in the evening as the sun started to go down, the lighting effect would be totally different and I wanted to try and get a good photo of the birds on Exmouth Beach.  However this little Grey Phalarope is so hard to photographn, never staying still for a second with the tide moving it around constantly. The Sabines Gulls…….. all three were there and they were looking  great in the beatiful light.
