Today's weather has been the worst we have had for many a month with non stop and heavy rain, in short it's has been persistent to say the least. Any outdoor activity, let alone bird or wildlife photography has been an impossibility and I have spent the day therefore, on tidying up my equipment and study/office. I can actually see the floor now which is good. 

I notice that on this day last year I had just come out of hospital after having my collar bone pinned.  Can't believe that was a year ago and a lot has happened since then. On this day two years ago I was watching Osprey at Powderham, not sure if we have had any so far this year.
