A big big thanks to everyone who has sent me such nice sympathetic comments after my accident on Thursday night. I was driving home on my Chinese Bike (50cc) after my band rehearsal and as I approached Exeter along the main Topsham Rd a bus decided to pull out in frnt of me. I was pretty sure he had seen me so even though I hesitated he kept coming and hit me knocking me off and through the air. I landed mainly on my right shoulder and head. I dont know how long I was knocked out for but when I came round I was in an ambulance on my way to hospital. The casualty experience was really first class, lovely inteligent caring people trying their very best to help me and others to feel better. Their kindness and professionalism really impressed me and if they were only going through the motions than that is even more impressive. Anyway, my collar bone is broken and I have bruised ribs and pulled stomach muscles which is very uncomfortable.  I hope to be able to get back to a bit of wildlife watching in a day or so, cant be that hard to sit quietly and take few photos. Carrying the gear will be the hard part. So keep checking back for updates because there certainly will be.
