I have now added Twitter  on the blog….. look just to your left, there it is. Realtime updates will be added from my mobile. So check back regularly to see what I am up to when I am out and about. for example this afternoon I am going to photograph Barn Owls.  You can check twitter on the blog, in "real time" to see how I am getting on. Could be a lot of fun. Even better I have just realised that to SMS to Twitter from my mobile is absolutely free, gets better all the time.

Couldn't post to the blog without adding a picture. I took this photograph in Derby, on the way back from Yorkshire. It is feeding on "honey-dew" left by aphids. There is a tiny newly hatched/emerged aphid in the picture as well. This makes this picture, at least to my eyes very interesting. The species is Eupeodes luniger.
