The weather continues to be awful and frustrating but being kept indoors has given me the chance to work on the illustrations for my book. This is going to be my special moments on Exminster Marsh 2008 and will feature original pencil sketches, photographs, descriptions and interesting facts and figures about the birds seen and recorded. It will be bound in leather and saved as a family pass me down in the way that books were produced by Victorians and Edwardians but using modern methods to reproduce and create the illustrations.
